Purpose of the Role

You will shape how we approach discipline, grievances and statutory compliance, ensuring it reflects the excellence and sophistication our brand is known for.This is a key role within our HR function, responsible for ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant people practices across the business.You will manage the full employee relations lifecycle, including disciplinary and grievance matters, incapacity processes, CCMA representation, labour legislation, statutory compliance, policy development and management training.Working closely with the HR Executive and business leadership, you will provide trusted advice on employment legislation, build management capability and ensure our people practices meet the high standards expected of the Browns brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end disciplinary, grievance and incapacity processes.

• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution and mediation.
