Updated Jewellery Appraisals must be paid for in full upfront. The cost is determined by your Loyalty Club tier and is per piece of jewellery to be appraised.

In order to qualify for small diamond replacements, the item of jewellery must be checked annually by our qualified Jewellery consultant in-store. Checks must be done annually in the month preceding the anniversary of the purchase.
