Every client receives professional cleaning, inspections, refinishing and polishing (including textured finishes), and annual rhodium plating.
REPAIRS & ADJUSTMENTS
- Ring resizing (within Browns approved sizing standards)
- Complete basic re-shaping of ring or solid bangles
- Re-tipping of claws/prongs
- Chain and bracelet repairs
- Tightening, repair or replacement of your clasp
- Repair a worn bail on your pendant
- Re-join your tennis bracelet links
- Tighten or repair tennis bracelet clasps
- Tighten the butterfly of earrings
- Provide earring post and butterfly replacement
- Re-align your earring post
- Straighten or re-thread your earring post
Diamond Care
- Diamond tightening and resetting
- Replacement of small diamonds (up to 0.10ct)
- Complimentary labour on eligible replacements

Diamond clients enjoy unlimited cleans and complimentary small diamond replacements. Platinum clients benefit from quarterly cleans and 50% off small diamond replacements, while Gold and Bronze clients receive annual and bi-annual cleans and 50% off small diamond replacements.
